About the race
The Snack Town RunFest 2025, held in Hanover, Pennsylvania—known as the Snack Food Capital—offers a variety of chip-timed races including a half marathon, a 5K, a kids fun run for ages 4-12, and a 5K corporate challenge. The half marathon features a scenic 13.1-mile loop through farmland, industrial areas, and a renovated rail trail with moderate elevation gain. The 5K is a flat, fast paved loop passing through tree-lined streets and Hanover High School.
All events start and finish at the Hanover Area YMCA. Post-race festivities include a Beer Bash featuring local craft breweries and live music, creating a festive atmosphere for runners and families.
