Advance packet pickup is scheduled the day before at Orangetheory Fitness in Guilford. Race shirts are guaranteed for entries registered by May 25, 2026; shirts after that date are available while supplies last. Registration pricing includes an early bird rate of $20 before January 1, 2026; general 15+ rates rise to $30 before May 31, 2026 and $35 thereafter. The Kids Fun Run fee is $10. The Virtual 5K fee is $30 and must be completed before June 6, 2026; virtual entries do not include a race shirt. A referral incentive offers a refund of up to $20 if five friends register using a participant referral link. Live results will be available on mobile devices during the race. Awards include overall 1st place (male and female), top two male and female finishers in age groups from 14 and under through 70+, trophies for top fundraising teams, and a prize for most creative outfit.
