The South Boston Catholic Academy Jingle Bell Run takes place on Saturday, December 13, 2025, in South Boston, MA, with the listed place at 866 East Broadway. The event program includes the following races:
- 5K
- 1/2 mile (open to ages 14 and under; includes 100m dash)
- 100 meter dash (open to ages 9 and under)
Youth registration is listed at $15. The 5K entry has tiered pricing (lower pre-registration fee, higher day-of fee). Youth who wish to run both the 100m and the 1/2 mile need only register once. A long-sleeve event t-shirt will be given to the first 250 registrants and to everyone registered by November 30.
Logistics and services
The 5K course is described as fast and flat along Castle Island and the beaches of Day Boulevard. Start and finish are located in front of South Boston Catholic Academy at 866 East Broadway. Race numbers can be picked up starting at 8:00 AM on race day and there is an early pick-up on Friday, December 12 from 6:00-8:00 PM at the school. Parking is available on adjacent streets and the nearby beach area within 2-3 blocks; resident parking restrictions are not in effect on Saturdays. Awards include 1st–3rd overall for males and females in the 5K, and medals for all youth finishers. Registered fees are requested to be considered donations if a registrant cannot attend.
