South Orange Family YMCA 5K

South Orange Family YMCA 5K Color Run is a family-friendly race held in Monroe, New York. The course runs around the local ponds, looping twice for a true 5K experience. Participants may run or walk, with color powder sprayed along the route for a vibrant, optional color effect.

After the race, families enjoy post-race activities, with water and food provided. The event welcomes ages 7–100 (under 7 free with registration to receive a medal). Dress in a light-colored shirt to maximize color, and goggles and a bandana are recommended for eye protection.
