Spartan Spirit 5K

The Spartan Spirit 5K is a USATF-sanctioned race held annually in Somerville, New Jersey, with the 2025 event scheduled for June 21. The race features a 5K Run/Walk through the historic downtown streets, starting and finishing at Immaculata High School on Mountain Avenue. Additional events include the Spartan Dash for children 10 and under and a separate 5K for participants aged 18 and under.

The event supports parish school financial aid and offers participants a post-race awards breakfast and beverage garden. Awards are given across various age groups and alumni categories.
