Pepsi 10K Run

Pepsi 10K Run & 2 Mile Walk is a long-running Charlottesville event, the 42nd edition, benefiting Local Area 3 Special Olympics. The race takes place at Meriwether Lewis Elementary School in Charlottesville, VA. The course is a beautiful, gently rolling 6.2 miles, starting and finishing at the school, with a 2-mile walk option.

The event emphasizes the Spirit of Special Olympics, and all proceeds support Special Olympics programs—there are no paid positions; volunteers staff coaches and organizers. Participants receive shirts, and those who register by September 1 can request a shirt size. On-site packet pickup occurs the race day.
