The Speedy PD Race for Parkinson's Disease is held annually at Tuttle Creek State Park in Manhattan, Kansas. Featuring USATF-certified 5K and 10K courses since 2013, both routes are all-paved, very flat, and stroller-friendly, with the 10K course offering shaded paths and scenic lake views. The event fosters a supportive atmosphere with volunteers and spectators lining the course, encouraging family participation.

Proceeds benefit the Meadowlark Parkinson's Program, which supports individuals affected by Parkinson’s disease in the Flint Hills region through education, outreach, and medical services. The race combines fitness, community spirit, and a cause-driven mission in a beautiful natural setting. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.

Always double-check with the organizer's website – things can change, and we might have sprinted past a few details!
