The Speedy PD Race for Parkinson's Disease is an annual running event held at Tuttle Creek State Park in Manhattan, Kansas. It features USATF-certified 5K and 10K courses, both on all-paved roads with flat terrain. The 10K route is shaded and offers scenic lake views, creating a pleasant atmosphere supported by enthusiastic volunteers and spectators.
