About the race
The 14th Annual Spend Yourself® 5K Run/3K Walk is a Falls Church, Virginia fundraiser hosted by Columbia Church to support Spend Yourself World Hunger ministries in Falls Church and Zambia. The in-person event features a 5K Run and a 3K Walk, plus a Virtual 5K/3K option for remote participants. Early registration runs June 1–September 1, with $35 for individuals and $130 for a family; Regular rates (Sept 2–Nov 6) are $40 and $140 respectively.
Packet Pick-Up is Saturday, November 8, 4–6 pm at Columbia Church, 103 W Columbia Street. Proceeds fund hunger relief; registration covers t-shirts, giveaways, and advertising. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
