Spend Yourself 5K Run

The 13th Annual Spend Yourself® 5K Run/3K Walk is a fundraising event scheduled for November 9, 2025, in Falls Church, Virginia. Participants can choose to run a 5K, walk a 3K, or join virtually from anywhere. This event supports Columbia's Spend Yourself® World Hunger ministries, benefiting communities in Falls Church, Haiti, and Zambia.

Registration includes a fee that covers event costs, while additional donations are encouraged to further support the cause. Participants who register by November 1 will receive an official race long-sleeve t-shirt. The event promotes community engagement and awareness of global hunger issues.
