Splash Dash

The Splash & Dash is an Aquathlon event held in Gulf Breeze, Florida, at Park West - Soundside parking lot. This USA Triathlon-sanctioned race combines swimming and running, offering participants a choice between a short course (450-yard swim and 2-mile run) and a long course (900-yard swim and 4-mile run).
