Chip timing and live results are provided for timed events. Age-group awards are given for the 5K, 10K, and Half Marathon, including Male and Female Overall, Male and Female Masters (40+), and top 3 Male and Female in standard age brackets. The Kid’s Dash, 1 Mile, and Virtual events are untimed and do not qualify for age-group awards.
Logistics and extras
Race registration includes event swag such as a designer shirt, custom bib for timed events, and a finisher medal for finishers; youth pricing for 5K/10K is listed for ages 12 and under. Free race photos and finish-line treats are offered. An after-party features a costume contest, trick-or-treat aid stations, photo opportunities, a live DJ, finisher medals for participants, and complimentary food and drinks.
Packet pickup is available on race day. Course maps are provided for the 5K, 10K, and Half Marathon and the course may change due to permit or volunteer restrictions. A virtual option ships a packet (digital bib, shirt, medal) and allows participants to upload times and photos. The organizer has a no-refund policy; cancellation will only occur for venue requirements or hazardous conditions, with transfers to virtual if cancellation is necessary.
