Spring Ahead Duathlon & Bike Race

The Spring Ahead Duathlon & Bike Race is an exciting multi-sport event taking place in Woodstown, NJ. Participants can choose from various events, including a duathlon, bike race, duathlon relay, and a super sprint duathlon. The duathlon consists of a 1-mile run, a 14-mile bike ride, and a 5K run, while the super sprint features shorter distances.
