Spring Dash

The Spring Dash is an annual running event taking place in Coeur d'Alene, Idaho, organized by the United Way of North Idaho. Scheduled for April 26, 2025, it features a variety of races including a 5K, 10K, half marathon, and a Tot Trot for younger participants. The courses are USATF certified and offer scenic views of Lake Coeur d'Alene.

Participants receive personalized race bibs, custom finisher medals, and gender-specific technical shirts. The event also includes post-race food, awards for top finishers, and group discounts.
