Spring Forward 10K

The Spring Forward 10K is part of the Spring Forward 5K & 10K event taking place in Morris Plains, NJ, on April 13, 2025. This running event features a new 10K option, which consists of two loops of the 5K course, designed to accommodate runners of all abilities, including families and friends. The course offers a mixed terrain of grass, pressed gravel, dirt, and some hills.
