A virtual option is available; virtual runs are not timed, are not eligible for awards, and virtual packages will be mailed after the race date. Pre-race packet pickup is offered the day before the event at the Bone and Joint Institute of Tennessee, 5221 Port Royal Rd Unit 101, Spring Hill, TN. T-shirts are first come, first served and are not guaranteed for registrations after November 7, 2025. The event raises funds for the Middle Tennessee campus of the Tennessee Children’s Home.
Course, rules and awards
The course runs through hilly back roads of Maury County and Spring Hill and is multi-surface, including gravel, asphalt, and cement. The race starts and finishes at Spring Hill High School. The half marathon has a 3.5-hour time limit. A minimum pace of 15 minutes per mile is required for both the 5K and the half marathon; participants falling below this pace may lose course support and could be rerouted or asked to use sidewalks and follow traffic laws. No dogs are allowed. Strollers are permitted in the 5K and 1K. All half marathon and 5K finishers receive medals. Awards are given by gender, masters (40+), and age groups from 10-14 through 75+.
