Spring Sprint 5K & Fun Run
The event is the 5th annual Spring Sprint, held at Mont Belvieu City Park, 10900 Eagle Dr, Mont Belvieu, TX. It is organized as a family 5K run/walk plus a 1K fun run. All registered participants receive a t-shirt and a medal. Prices are inclusive of mandatory charges, items, and fees.

Course and support
The 5K course uses city streets and sidewalks and finishes with the last mile on the gravel trail that loops around the park. The 5K route description notes leaving the park, turning left onto Eagle Drive, making a U-turn at Royal Palm Drive onto the sidewalk, then returning to the park and transitioning onto the gravel trail loop. The 1K route starts and ends at the park start/finish line, heads toward the stoplight at Eagle Drive, makes a U-turn, and returns to the start.
Wayfinding signs and arrows will mark the routes. An MBPD side-by-side will lead the way and an MBFD bike unit will follow the last runner as a sweeper and provide assistance if needed. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
