The St. Elizabeth Royal Run takes place on Saturday, November 15, 2025, in Granite City, Illinois at St. Elizabeth Church & School, 2300 Pontoon Road. The event includes the following distances:
- 5K
- 1K Fun Run
The 5K is a timed event on a loop course using city streets and bike trails. The 1K Fun Run is an untimed route that stays on the St. Elizabeth property. Both races start at the church and school location.
Registration, entry and awards
Entry fees are listed as $40 for the 5K and $30 for the 1K Fun Run. All 5K participants receive a finisher's medal and a royal blue performance hooded sweatshirt; 1K participants receive a royal blue performance hooded sweatshirt. Registration by October 15 is required to guarantee sweatshirt availability. Early packet pickup is available on November 14. All proceeds support the St. Elizabeth Centennial Capital Campaign. The event will take place rain or shine and refunds are not offered. Trophies are awarded to top male and female overall finishers and to top finishers in the following age groups: 10 & under, 11-14, 15-19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, and 70 & up.
