Standhope Ultra Challenge

Website Registration

Standhope Ultra Challenge is Idaho’s highest trail race, based near Ketchum in the rugged Pioneer Mountain range. The event offers three distances: 100 Mile Run, 60K, and 30K. Runners face remote backcountry trails, steep, technical climbs, and alpine scenery, with climbs reaching up to 11,000 feet and aid stations hiked in.

The 100-mile course features over 23,000 feet of elevation gain; the 60K climbs about 9,000 feet over 37.2 miles; the 30K includes roughly 4,300 feet of ascent on rocky, high-mountain trails. Weather can change quickly in the mountains, and finishers receive a handcrafted award commemorating the achievement. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.

Always double-check with the organizer's website – things can change, and we might have sprinted past a few details! This page may contain affiliate links.
