Course, awards and amenities
A course map is provided for directional purposes. Awards include overall male and female, overall master (over 40), top three in standard age groups (9 and under; 10-13; 14-19; 20-29; 30-39; 40-49; 50-59; 60-69; 70+), and top three military male and female. Runners receive a custom bib, a race T-shirt, and pre/post race snacks and beverages. Service dogs are permitted.
The event includes a food drive for veterans and lists several charity partners, including the Delaware National Guard Youth Foundation, Stop Soldier Suicide, The Food Bank of Delaware, and Aetna Hose, Hook & Ladder Co.
