Stars & Stripes Veterun 5k Benefits Honor Flight

The Stars & Stripes VeteRun 5K is a family-friendly road running event held at Stewart Lodge in Mendon Ponds Park, Honeoye Falls, NY, on November 11, 2025. Covering a 5K (3.1 miles) out-and-back course on park roads open to traffic, the race honors Veterans and Active Military while benefiting Honor Flight Rochester. Participants can join in person or virtually between November 10-12.

In-person runners receive electronic timing, a race bib, live online results, a finisher certificate, and a premium cotton t-shirt if registered early. The event features age-group awards and encourages early packet pickup to ease race day logistics. Parking is available at the park’s Beach Lot.
