Stomp Out the Stigma

Stomp Out the Stigma is a running event held in Lakewood, Washington, focused on raising awareness about mental wellness and eliminating the stigma around mental illness. The event features a flat, fast 5K course at Fort Steilacoom Park, starting and finishing near Waughop Lake, and a scenic 1-mile race around the lake. Parking is convenient at Pierce College Fort Steilacoom campus with a short trail walk to the park.
