Strides for SWAC 5K

The Strides for SWAC 5K and Fall Festival is held in Hayes, Virginia, at Machicomoco State Park, a scenic location along the York River in Southern Gloucester County. The 5K course loops around the entire park, offering participants beautiful natural views as they run or walk.
