Stu's Country Mile 5K

Stu's Country Mile 5K & Kid's 1 Mile Run is a festive running event held in Centerville, Texas, as part of Leon County's 4th of July Funtier Days. The event features a 5K race with multiple age and gender divisions, welcoming runners, walkers, and stroller pushers alike. There is also a 1-mile fun run designed for children aged 12 and under, with age-specific divisions.

Participants receive chip timing, post-race snacks, and a commemorative t-shirt (while supplies last). Trophies are awarded to the top three finishers in each division, and all kids completing the mile receive a finisher's medal.
