Sugg Farm Ultra
The Sugg Farm Ultra, held in Holly Springs, North Carolina, is the town's first ultramarathon featuring 20, 40, and 50-mile trail races. The course consists of a scenic 5-mile out-and-back loop on mulch, gravel, and singletrack trails with some hills, including two aid stations offering water, electrolytes, and snacks. Runners complete multiple loops depending on their distance: four for 20 miles, eight for 40 miles, and ten for 50 miles.
The event is cupless, encouraging participants to bring their own hydration gear. Pacers are allowed on the final lap, and all finishers receive medals and event swag. The race offers a challenging yet supportive atmosphere for trail runners of various experience levels. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
