Summer District Half

The Summer District Half is a scenic running event taking place in Georgetown, near the Nation's Capital, featuring both a half marathon and a 5K race along the Chesapeake & Ohio Canal path. Participants can enjoy a chip-timed experience, receive a finisher's medal, and a technical event shirt. The event supports the John P.

Mayhugh Foundation, which focuses on improving outcomes for those affected by post-traumatic stress and addiction. A virtual race option is also available for those unable to attend in person.
