Superhero for Hope Run/Walk 5K

The Superhero for Hope 7th Annual Run/Walk 5K, presented by the Medical Society of Delaware, takes place at Rockford Park in Wilmington, DE. The scenic course starts and finishes near Rockford Tower, featuring a loop around the park, an out-and-back segment along Tower Drive to Pennsylvania Avenue with a turnaround at A.I. Middle School, and a final loop around the park.

The route offers a shaded, early morning run atmosphere. The event supports the MSD Campaign for Kids, promoting health and well-being among Delaware youth. Amenities include unisex tee shirts, post-race refreshments, music, and awards for top finishers in various categories.
