About the race
Superhero for Hope 7th Annual Run/Walk 5K, presented by the Medical Society of Delaware, is held at Rockford Park in Wilmington, Delaware. The event features a 5K Run/Walk and a Competitive Walking 5K option. The shaded course starts and finishes near Rockford Tower, looping the park, then heading out Tower Drive to Penna Ave with a turnaround at AI Middle School, before returning for another park loop.
Amenities include T‑shirts, post‑race refreshments and music. Races are MYLAPS chip-timed with online results; top finishers receive awards. No dogs are allowed; bibs are non-transferable.
