Registration Facebook

The Sweat Hot Oklahoma Summer Trials, held in Nowata, OK, is an endurance running event featuring 12-hour, 6-hour, and 5K race options. Scheduled for July 26, 2025, the event challenges participants to run multiple loops on a 3.3-mile course combining 60% asphalt and 40% gravel with about 60 feet of elevation gain. The course is not closed to traffic but is well-marked with aid stations providing cold water, sports drinks, and snacks approximately every 1.6 miles.

Awards are given to the top three male and female finishers in each event, and all finishers receive medals and t-shirts. The event offers a tough summer conditioning experience in Oklahoma’s heat. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
