Sweat, Swat ‘n Swear

Sweat, Swat n Swear is a trail running event held at Mutual Mine Campground in Inverness, Florida, featuring distances of 50K, 25K, and a 10-mile race. The course loops through the C & D loops of the Citrus Tract in the Withlacoochee Forest, with each distance being a single loop starting and finishing at the campground. The trail is marked with colored tape and signs, and aid stations offering water, sports drinks, snacks, and ice are spaced every 8-10 miles, with hydration stations about every 5 miles.
