The Retrofit Athletics 6th Annual Sweaty Yeti Turkey Trot takes place on Thursday, November 27, 2025, in Spirit Lake, Idaho. The race begins on Maine Street near 6147 W. Maine Street, Spirit Lake, ID 83869. The event offers in-person race distances of 5 km and 10 km, plus a virtual race option. The event welcomes runners, walkers, people with strollers, and pets on leashes. The race includes giveaways and prizes. Net proceeds will be donated to SPIRIT LAKE VFW for a new roof.
Registration and other information
Entry fees listed by the organizer are $35 for the 5 km, $50 for the 10 km, and $35 for the virtual option. Prices for the in-person races increase after November 14, 2025 at 11:59 pm PST. Virtual registration closes November 27, 2025 at 11:59 pm PST. Participants who register by November 15 will receive their shirt on race day; registrations after that date will receive shirts at a later time. Virtual participants who cannot pick up shirts in person are asked to pay an additional $5 for shipping and to notify the organizer to arrange shipment. Kids 12 and under run free when accompanied by an adult who is a paid participant; children registered as children do not receive a shirt.
