Tender Hearts 5K

The Tender Hearts 5K is a running event held at Glasgow Park in Newark, Delaware. Scheduled for October 12, 2025, this 5-kilometer race supports the cause of helping children become more mobile for a better quality of life. Participants receive a T-shirt and snacks, and medals are awarded to overall male and female winners, masters categories, and top three performers in various age groups ranging from 13 and under to 70+.
