About the race
The Tender Hearts 5K is held at Glasgow Park in Newark, Delaware. Proceeds support Tender Hearts’ mission to help children become more mobile for a better quality of life. The event features a 5K race with participants receiving a T-shirt and snacks, and medals awarded to overall male/female, overall masters, and the top three finishers in each age group from 13 & under up to 70+.
Parking is available in lots near the playground and basketball courts. A course map is provided for reference, and additional timing details are available through Fusion Racetiming.
