The Teton Mountaineering Cache Creek Trail Run is a scenic 18K (approximately 11 miles) trail race held annually in Jackson, Wyoming, within the Bridger-Teton National Forest. Celebrating its 45th year in 2025, the event features a challenging course that starts near Snow King Resort, ascending Cache Creek and climbing to Game Creek Divide at 7,400 feet elevation, with a total elevation gain of about 1,400 feet. Participants can choose to run, hike, or join virtually, with virtual runners able to complete the course anytime during the summer.

The race offers finisher medals, event t-shirts, age division awards, and a festive atmosphere with refreshments and raffles at the finish.
