There are three water stations on the course and one porta-pot. The event policy prohibits dogs, headsets, and smoking on the course. Packet pick-up is available on race day. After the race there is an awards ceremony; overall male and female winners of the 5K and 10K receive medals and a piece of Native American art, and food vendors and museum access are available for participants.
