Thanksgiving Day Turkey Run

The Thanksgiving Day Turkey Run & Walk is an annual event held at Shadyside Lake in Anderson, Indiana. Participants can choose between a Turkey Trot Run covering approximately 5.28 miles (two laps) or a Turkey Trot Walk of about 2.64 miles (one lap). Both runners and walkers start together at the Activity Center near the Pickleball courts in Shadyside Park.

Registration costs $5 and is available online or on race day. Proceeds benefit Outfitters, a charity providing clothing to children in need.
