Veterans Day Freedom Run : Philadelphia (Nov 15, 2025)
The event takes place on Saturday, November 15, 2025, at Wiggins Waterfront Park, Riverside Drive, Camden, NJ. Distances offered include:
- 5K
- 10K
- Half-Marathon (13.1) A Family 1 Mile fun run and a Virtual Run option are also available. Registration prices listed for the event window (Oct 1 - Nov 15) include the 5K at $41.48, the 10K at $46.92, the Half-Marathon at $50.17, the Virtual Run at $41.48, and the Family 1 Mile at $39.31.
Format, services, and rules
The event uses capped waves that close when full; waves operate on a first-come, first-served basis. Timing is optional and no timing chips are used; participants may track time with apps and submit results for posting. Swag is shipped to the US mailing address given at registration and race bibs are provided on race day. The standard swag bag includes a running T-shirt, finisher's towel or giveaway, a finisher's medal, a digital training pack, online results and a certificate of completion, and an invitation to join local running clubs. An optional technical running shirt is available for an additional $5. Fundraising is optional and 100% of net funds raised is designated to the participant's chosen cause.
