Run for Coffee Lovers : Event overview
Run for Coffee Lovers is scheduled for Saturday, November 29, 2025, at 3301 Trinity Park Dr, Fort Worth, TX 76107. The event offers several distance options and a virtual run alternative. Organizers describe it as a smaller, wave-based event with a cap per wave; waves close when they fill. A wait list and a virtual option are available if waves sell out. The event is open to all ages; participants under 18 must be with a guardian.
Format, timing, swag and fees
Timing is optional and there are no timing chips. Participants may track time with a running app and submit results to be posted online, or ask coordinators for assistance with timing. Race bibs are provided on race day. Swag is shipped to US mailing addresses the week of the race and includes a running T-shirt, finisher's medal, finisher's towel or giveaway, and a digital training pack. A technical running shirt is available as an optional $5 upgrade. Organizers provide online results and a certificate of completion.
