Format, entries and included items
The event is organised as smaller, capped waves and offers a virtual race alternative. All paces and ages are welcome; minors must be accompanied by a guardian. Timing is optional and there are no timing chips; participants may track time with smartphone apps or ask coordinators for timekeeping. Race bibs are provided on race day and event coordinators remain on site after the first wave to assist late arrivals.
Registered participants receive a shipped running T-shirt (US addresses only), a finisher's towel or giveaway, a finisher's medal, a digital training pack, online results and a certificate of completion, and an invitation to local running clubs. A technical running shirt is available as an optional upgrade for an additional $5. Packet pickup is not required because swag is mailed to the registrant’s address; shirts are shipped the week of the race.
