About the race
The Colony Shoreline 5K & 8 Miler takes place in The Colony, Texas (3700 Sparks Road, 75056) along The Colony Shoreline Trail, a crushed granite path overlooking Lake Lewisville. The flat, scenic course includes about 60 percent of the race on the Shoreline Trail and offers two distances: 5K and 8 Miler. The atmosphere features entertainment by DJ Dame and a free post-run beer.
