The Donut 5K Holiday Run/Walk takes place on Saturday, December 13, 2025, in Carmel, IN (46032) at St. Vincent Sports Performance in Clay Terrace, 14455 Clay Terrace Blvd. The event includes a 5K race, a youth 5K open to ages 6-12, and a virtual 5K. Posted registration prices are $40 for the main 5K, $25 for youth (ages 6-12), and $35 for the virtual 5K. The in-person race fee increases after November 30, 2025; virtual registration closes on December 13, 2025.
Race features and logistics
Jack’s Donuts will be on the course and at the finish line, with over 7,000 donut holes reported to be served and a buy-one-get-one-free donut offered on every bib. The event benefits local animal rescues and has donated more than $50,000 over past years. Awards include a cash purse for the top three male and female finishers and age-group awards. Race items include an official event shirt and medal; the first 1,200 registered are listed to receive the DONUT ME stocking hat. Raceday packet pickup, vendors, and the post-race area are inside the St. Vincent Sports Performance large training room. Dogs are allowed to participate. There is free parking in the Clay Terrace mall lots and an after party at Upland Brewing located a short walk from the finish. A course map is available on MapMyRun.
