The Empanada 10k

The Empanada 10K is part of the Great Empanada 5K, 10K & 2K Pup Strut event held in Jefferson, New Jersey, around scenic Lake Shawnee. Runners can choose between a 5K or 10K distance, with the 10K course consisting of two laps of the 5K route. The event is dog-friendly, featuring a 2K Pup Strut and a 1-mile K9 walk open to dog owners.

Participants receive an empanada-themed finisher’s medal, and the first 300 registrants get a sports tech race tee. The race supports 11th Hour Rescue, encouraging donations of pet supplies.
