The Empanada 10k

THE EMPANADA 5K/10K AND 2K PUP STRUT takes place in Jefferson, NJ at Lake Shawnee, with start/finish near Arthur Stanlick School. Participants can choose the Great Empanada 5K, the Great Empanada 10K, or the 2K Pup Strut; a 1-Mile K9 Walk and a 5K dog-friendly option are also offered. The course is described as a scenic run around Lake Shawnee, suitable for runners and walkers and welcoming to dogs.
