The Frosty 5K

The Frosty 5K is an annual running event held in Sarasota, Florida, starting and finishing at Twin Lakes Park. The race features a smooth, fast, all-asphalt 5K course through a nearby neighborhood, suitable for runners and walkers of all levels. Participants receive a custom finisher medal and a long-sleeve race shirt available in gender-specific and youth sizes.

The event includes awards for overall and age group winners, as well as prizes for the most creative Frosty costumes. A festive post-race celebration with food and beverages follows the race. For those unable to attend in person, a virtual Frosty 5K option is available, allowing participants to run anytime between December 9 and 31.
