About the race
The Grayt Pumpkin Race 5K takes place at Topsail Hill Preserve State Park in Santa Rosa Beach, Florida. This 5K runs entirely on a paved path, offering a flat, fast course with an atmospheric nighttime Halloween vibe. Costumes are encouraged and candy is handed out at every mile, adding a festive twist for families.
Headlights are encouraged for night running. The event is family-friendly and features finish-line medals; kids 12 and under receive a Jack-O-Lantern Trick or Treat pail. A portion of proceeds supports Girls on the Run, and the club with the highest participation earns a pizza party.
