The Great Lincoln Marathon

The Great Lincoln Marathon & Half takes place in scenic Lincoln, Maine, starting at Prince Thomas Park. Scheduled for September 14, 2025, the event features a full marathon (26.2 miles), half marathon (13.1 miles), and newly added 5K and 10K runs. The courses begin at West Broadway and Main Street, heading south along Route 2 toward Enfield.

The route is flat, straight, and fast, certified for Boston Marathon qualification and USATF sanctioned. Runners can earn a special "Run the Highlands" medal by completing both this race and The Great Bangor Marathon & Half. Packet pickup is available the day before and race day.
