Event details
The Heritage Challenge is scheduled for Saturday, November 8, 2025, at Heritage Park in Adrian, Michigan (3221 N. Adrian Hwy., Adrian, MI 49221). The event is presented by the Lenawee Endurance Club. Organizers note that this year’s race has been postponed and that participants will be informed if a new date is scheduled.
The event format consists of timed endurance races with two options: 3-hour and 6-hour events. The race uses a looped course with a proposed loop length of either about 1 mile or 5K; the final course layout is to be announced.
Course and services
The course terrain is mixed park trails, grass, and paved paths with no major elevation changes reported. The looped format allows easy access to personal gear and nutrition between laps and keeps runners on a contained circuit.
Included with registration are a custom bib, access to aid stations and bathrooms (softball building area), finisher awards for anyone completing at least one loop, and recognition for top mileage in each event. A post-race gathering with light food is planned. Organizers also mention volunteer support, course markings, and the option to purchase event gear from the Lenawee Endurance Club store.
