The Last Cowboy Backyard

The Last Cowboy Backyard in O’Neill, Nebraska, is Ultraverse Supplements’ first Backyard Ultra. The course follows the flat, non-technical Cowboy Trail as an out-and-back, starting and finishing at the O’Neill community center. Each lap is 4.17 miles and starts on the hour with all runners beginning together; anyone not in the start coral is eliminated.

Runners may use a crew between laps, and aid is limited to that interval. The event caps at 150 participants and features custom mileage plaques for all finishers, plus acrylic awards for the last male and last female, and a belt buckle for the overall winner.
