The Lighthouse 5k

The Lighthouse 5k Run & Fun Walk is held annually at The Valley Lighthouse in Lykens, Pennsylvania. The event features a flat, fast 5k trail course that passes through a section of Lykens and continues to Lykens Glen Park along Rattling Creek. In addition to the 5k run/walk, there is a 1-mile Kids Fun Run called the Tater Tot Trot, designed as a loop around the town for younger participants.

Awards include medals, trophies, and gift cards for top finishers in various age groups. Participants receive swag bags, chip timing, race results, and a T-shirt if registered early. A post-race party with food and refreshments is held at The Valley Lighthouse.
