The Milk Run

The Milk Run 5K, fueled by TG Lee Dairy, is an exciting running event taking place in the Milk District of Orlando, Florida. Scheduled for May 3, 2025, this inaugural race invites participants to enjoy a scenic route through the historic streets of downtown Orlando. The event features a 5K run and a Kids Half-Pint Fun Run for children aged 7 and under.

All finishers will receive themed medals, and participants can enjoy post-race festivities, including free milk and ice cream.
