The Monster Dash 5K takes place on October 24, 2025, at Arizona Boardwalk, East Vía de Ventura in Scottsdale, AZ. The event is organized by StartLine Racing. Monsters and themed characters will be present on the course and in the event area. The event is leashed-pet friendly. Wheelchairs, strollers, and wagons are welcome but must start at the back of the pack; bicycles, roller blades/skates, skateboards, and motorized devices are not allowed on the course.

In-person 5K registration fees vary by date, from about $33.46 up to $44.17. Virtual Run fees vary from about $28.11 to $33.46. Virtual registrations are limited to US addresses; virtual participants receive a custom finisher medal and shirt mailed after the event and will be given instructions to submit a time. Packet pick-up is available the day before at Road Runner Sports in North Phoenix and race-night pickup is available at the event.
The in-person event is chip timed with real-time results and event photos available online and via mobile apps. Age group awards are given to the top three in each age group for race-day participants only. The event proceeds rain or moonshine; there are no refunds or transfers due to weather.
