The Nick Teddy 5k

The Nick Teddy 5k Presented By Tug Fest-Illinois is a community running event held in Port Byron, Illinois, honoring Nick Strub, a local who battled pediatric bone cancer. The event features a 5K run/walk, a Teddy Trot Kids Run for children aged 8 and under, and a virtual Ghost Runner option. The race starts and finishes near Happy Pawz Playground on Main Street.

Participants enjoy a supportive atmosphere with prizes for overall winners and age group categories.
