The Purple Hope 5k
The Purple Hope 5K is an annual walk/run event held in Nottingham, New Hampshire, created in memory of Lenore O’Hanlon to raise awareness and support for pancreatic cancer research. Open to all ages and paces, participants can race or stroll along the 5-kilometer course. The event features prizes for the first male and female finishers, as well as for the most purple attire, and includes a raffle with proceeds benefiting the Pancreatic Cancer Action Network (PanCAN).
Participants receive medals and certificates, with early registrants also receiving a swag bag. The race fosters a supportive, uplifting atmosphere honoring those affected by pancreatic cancer. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
