Thomas J. Frericks 5K

The Thomas J. Frericks 5K is a University of Dayton Department of Health and Sport Science event offering both in-person and virtual 5K options. The race is held on the University of Dayton campus, starting in front of the RecPlex, and coincides with Family Weekend to create a festive campus atmosphere.

The course covers the 5K distance on UD grounds. Proceeds support the Health and Sport Science department and Phi Epsilon Kappa. In-person registration is $30 and includes a t-shirt if registered by Sept 1.

Prizes are awarded to the male and female overall winners and the top three in each age division. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
