The 50 Mile is a point-to-point route from Harbor Beach (Lake Huron) to Caseville (Saginaw Bay). The 50K is an out-and-back course that starts and finishes at Caseville County Park. The Caseville finish is on the beach at Caseville County Park, listed at 6400 Main St, Caseville, MI.
Courses, support, and logistics
The 50 Mile course surface is reported as about 85% dirt roads, 10% paved roads, and 5% unimproved park roads, with roughly 500 feet of elevation gain. The 50K uses mostly unimproved and gravel roads and is reported with about 220 feet of elevation gain. Courses are described as well marked and supported by staffed aid stations.
